| Recipe: Lower Fat Amaretto Baked Bananas |

| Ingredients: |
- 4 large ripefirm banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Amaretto
- 2 Tbs. chopped almonds

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter a shallow baking
dish. Arrange whole bananas in baking dish. Combine remaining
ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour sauce over bananas and
bake 15 minutes or until bananas are softened. |
