- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs. Cajun blended spice mix
- 4 chicken hindquarter, rinsed and patted dry

| Cooking Directions: |
Prepare grill or broiler. Combine oil and spices in a bowl and mix
thoroughly. Arrange chicken on grill 5-0/1 inches from heat source. Brush
with oil and spice mixture and cook 30-35 minutes, turning and
brushing with oil mixture every 10 minutes until cooked through. |
