- 1 Lbs. garden salad
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup pesto pasta dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a salad bowl. Add enough
dressing to coat salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss. |
