  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup pesto pasta dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Cooking Directions:
Combine lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a salad bowl. Add enough dressing to coat salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss.
