Ingredients:
  • 2 ripeavocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 Lbs. mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp. basil, or 2 Tbs. fresh
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Toss and serve.
