| Ingredients: |
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 4 tart apple\cooked, cored, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbs. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves

| Cooking Directions: |
Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute apples with cinnamon 4-5 minutes. Add brown sugar and continue to saute until apples begin to dry. Add evaporated skim milk and preserves and simmer until sauce begins to thicken. Serve warm. |
