Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 egg white\cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (necessary)

Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Place double boiler over simmering water. Beat mixture with an electric mixer about 5 minutes or until mixture is thick enough to hold its shape. Remove from heat. Serve warm or chilled.
