| Recipe: Angel Cake with Mango and Creme Sauce |

| Ingredients: |
- 2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 slice angel food cake
- 2 cup mango slices, drained

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine cottage cheese,
sugar and vanilla in a food processor or blender.
(It will be necessary to work in smaller batches if using a blender.)
Process 1-2 minutes or until very smooth. Place cake
on individual serving plates. Add mango slices to each and serve
with a dollop of creme sauce. |
