| Ingredients: |
- 1 Lbs. Brie cheese, chilled
- 2 Tbs. parsley, minced
- 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cut sun-dried tomatoes, 1 Tbs. oil reserved
- 8 clove garlic, minced and mashed to a paste
- 1 tsp. basil
- 24 cracker

| Cooking Directions: |
Put the brie on a serving plate. In a small bowl combine remaining
ingredients, except crackers. Mix well and spread over the brie.
Let stand one hour before serving with crackers. |
