Recipe: Brie with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lbs. Brie cheese, chilled
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cut sun-dried tomatoes, 1 Tbs. oil reserved
  • 8 clove garlic, minced and mashed to a paste
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 24 cracker
Cooking Directions:
Put the brie on a serving plate. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, except crackers. Mix well and spread over the brie. Let stand one hour before serving with crackers.
