| Ingredients: |
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 2 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

| Cooking Directions: |
Place banana pieces on a plate and freeze 40-50 minutes or until firm. Combine strawberries and banana in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. |
