| Ingredients: |
- 1 Lbs. broccoli florets\cooked
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste

| Cooking Directions: |
Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 5-7 minutes, or until bright green and just tender. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add lemon juice, zest, broccoli, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with broccoli before serving. |
