| Recipe: Brie Cheese with Strawberries |

| Ingredients: |
- 3 oz. Brie cheese, cut in half if too large
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 8 ginger cookie
- 1 Lbs. strawberries, washed and hulled
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Turn on broiler. Place cheese, cut side down in a shallow baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil 6-0/1 inches from heat 2-4 minutes, or until cheese just begins to melt. Spread on cookies and serve with strawberries. |
