  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Lbs. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
