| Ingredients: |
- 1 apple\cooked, peeled and grated
- 1-2/3 cups wholemeal plain flour
- 1-1/3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 Lbs. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. brown sugar

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and line the base of a jelly roll pan with paper. Grease paper. Place grated apple in a towel and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine flour with next 4 ingredients
in a bowl. Stir in apple. Make a well in the center. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over medium high heat until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil. Stir into flour mixture until well combined. Press mixture evenly into pan and bake 35 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan.
