Recipe: Bagels with Blue Cheese and Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 6 whole wheat bagel
  • 3-1/2 oz. soft blue vein cheese
  • 1/3 Lbs. cream cheese
  • 8 tsp. sour cream
  • 4 tsp. chives, chopped
  • 12 slice lox or smoked salmon
Cooking Directions:
Cut bagels in half and set aside. Cream together blue cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and chives until smooth. Spread on one side of bagels, top each with 2 slices salmon and sandwich with top of bagel.
