| Ingredients: |
- 6 whole wheat bagel
- 3-1/2 oz. soft blue vein cheese
- 1/3 Lbs. cream cheese
- 8 tsp. sour cream
- 4 tsp. chives, chopped
- 12 slice lox or smoked salmon
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Cut bagels in half and set aside. Cream together blue cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and chives until smooth. Spread on one side of bagels, top each with 2 slices salmon and sandwich with top of bagel. |
