| Ingredients: |
- 2 Lbs. asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
|
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Place asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan
and steam 5 minutes or until bright green and tender. Rinse asparagus
under cold water and drain thoroughly. Combine oil and lemon juice
in a bowl. Pour over asparagus. Season with pepper to taste. Serve at room
temperature if desired. |
