Recipe: Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/4 Lbs. broccoli florets\cooked
  • 6 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice

Cooking Directions:
Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Sprinkle with garlic slices. Cover saucepan and steam 5-7 minutes or until bright green and tender. Remove steamer basket and discard water. Return broccoli and garlic to saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add butter and lemon juice and toss gently.
