| Recipe: Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops |

| Ingredients: |
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 4 pork chop, about 4 oz each
- 1/4 Lbs. mushrooms\cooked, sliced
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

| Cooking Directions: |
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute pork chops 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer pork chops to a platter. Set aside. Saute mushrooms in same skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Add cream and return pork chops to skillet. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving. |
