Recipe: One Bowl Cheesecake

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 Lbs. cream cheese, softened, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, eggs, 1 cup sugar and baking mix in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend until smooth and light. Pour into a buttered 9-0/1 inch pie plate. Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Combine sour cream, 2 Tbs. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla in blender. Carefully spread over top.
