  • 1-2/3 cups reduced fat buttermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 cup skim milk

Cooking Directions:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until a soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew. Reduce heat. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
