| Ingredients: |
- 2 cup cake flour
- 1-1/3 cups semolina flour
- 2 Tbs. baking powder
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 largeegg
- 1 largeegg yolk\cooked
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup Asiago cheese, grated

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a
bowl. Stir to mix well and set aside. Cream butter and sugar in a
mixing bowl, until smooth and light. Add eggs and egg yolk, one at a
time, beating and scraping the bowl constantly until smooth. Stir in
reserved dry ingredients until incorporated. Add milk and buttermilk
and mix to form a smooth batter. Fold in Asiago. Pour batter into
greased cornstick molds (or prepared cake pan) and bake 15-20
minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat
and let cool briefly before turning out of pans and serving.
