- 1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 Tbs. sage
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulverize. Store in an
air-tight container. Use 1-2 tablespoons of this seasoning mix to
boost the flavor of soups, stews, sauces, dips, dressings and
casseroles, and try it as a coating for blackening fish or tofu. |
