  • 1/3 Lbs. fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbs. sugar* (optional)
  • 3 cup sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice

Cooking Directions:
Puree raspberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine berry puree, apple cider and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir and serve.
