  • 1 Lbs. carrot\raw, peeled and shredded
  • 2 largetart apple\raw, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Cooking Directions:
Combine carrots, apples and raisins in a medium bowl. Whisk together lemon juice, honey, vanilla and yogurt in another bowl. Pour yogurt dressing over apple mixture and chill.
