| Ingredients: |
- 1-1/2 Lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast half, cut into 1-0/1 inch pieces
- 3/4 Lbs. honey mustard
- 2 cup seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 2 Tbs. orange juice
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 400° F. Dip chicken into
half of the honey mustard. Coat with
stuffing. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, or
until chicken is no longer pink. Combine remaining honey mustard and
orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat through and serve
with chicken for dipping. |
