Recipe: Steaks with Blue Cheese Butter
Servings: 4

Ingredients:
  • 2-2/3 oz. soft blue vein cheese
  • 2 oz. unsalted butter, softened
  • aluminum foil
  • 8 tsp. oil
  • 4 sirloin steak
  • 8 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Combine cheese and butter in a food processor or a small bowl. Process until smooth. Spoon mixture onto aluminum foil and wrap to form a log. Freeze until firm. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Cook steaks 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Top with blue cheese butter and sprinkle with parsley.
