| Recipe: Steaks with Blue Cheese Butter |

| Ingredients: |
- 2-2/3 oz. soft blue vein cheese
- 2 oz. unsalted butter, softened
- aluminum foil
- 8 tsp. oil
- 4 sirloin steak
- 8 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Combine cheese and butter in a food processor or a small bowl. Process until smooth. Spoon mixture onto aluminum foil and wrap to form a log. Freeze until firm. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Cook steaks 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Top with blue cheese butter and sprinkle with parsley. |
