| Ingredients: |
- 1 oz. butter
- 1/3 Lbs. Camembert cheese, rind removed, room temperature
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 Lbs. pumpernickel squares
- 3-1/2 oz. sliced pastrami, cut in 2-0/1 inch squares
- 2 tsp. fresh chives, chopped

| Cooking Directions: |
Beat first 3 ingredients in a small bowl with an electric mixer until
smooth. Stir in chives. Spread each pumpernickel square with a level
teaspoon of camembert mixture. Roll up pastrami squares and place onto
pumpernickel squares. Top with remaining cheese mixture and extra
chives. Makes about 20. |
