| Ingredients: |
- 1 Lbs. butternut pumpkin, peeled and cut in thin slices
- 1-1/2 oz. unsalted butter
- 8 tsp. cream
- 4 tsp. soft brown sugar
- 4 tsp. fresh chives, chopped

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lay pumpkin slices overlapping in
an ovenproof dish. Heat next 3 ingredients in a small pan over low
heat. Stir until smooth. Pour over pumpkin. Bake 35 minutes or
until pumpkin is tender. Serve sprinkled with chives. |
