- 2 mediumonion\cooked
- 3/4 oz. unsalted butter
- 8 tsp. oil
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 tsp. chives, chopped

| Cooking Directions: |
Peel and cut onions into 8 wedges. Melt butter and oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high
heat. Add garlic and onions and cook 5-6 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with chives. Serve hot. |
