| Recipe: Broccoli with Garlic and Mushrooms |

| Ingredients: |
- 1 oz. butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 mushroom\cooked, sliced
- 3/4 Lbs. broccoli, cut into small florets

| Cooking Directions: |
Heat butter and garlic in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add mushrooms. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan, set aside. Add broccoli, stir-fry 3 or 4 minutes until tender. Return mushrooms to pan, stir until heated through. Serve hot. |
