Recipe: Potatoes with Hazelnut Orange Butter

Ingredients:
  • 6 mediumpotato, chopped
  • 1/3 Lbs. butter, softened
  • 8 tsp. hazelnuts, roasted, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 2 tsp. orange juice
  • aluminum foil

Cooking Directions:
Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 10 minutes or until tender. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon onto sheet of foil, shape into 18-0/1 inch log. Roll up firmly, twisting ends of foil. Refrigerate until firm. Or, scoop butter into serving bowl, if desired. Serve potatoes with hazelnut orange butter.
