| Recipe: Potatoes with Hazelnut Orange Butter |

| Ingredients: |
- 6 mediumpotato, chopped
- 1/3 Lbs. butter, softened
- 8 tsp. hazelnuts, roasted, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. orange zest
- 2 tsp. orange juice
- aluminum foil

| Cooking Directions: |
Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 10 minutes or until tender. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon onto sheet of foil, shape into 18-0/1 inch log. Roll up firmly, twisting ends of foil. Refrigerate until firm. Or, scoop butter into serving bowl, if desired. Serve potatoes with hazelnut orange butter. |
