Ingredients:
  • 1 Lbs. pumpkin, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 3/4 oz. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. olive oil

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place pumpkin pieces in a baking dish. Combine butter and olive oil in a bowl. Brush pumpkin liberally with butter mixture. Bake 40 minutes, or until pumpkin is dark golden and cooked through.
