Ingredients:
  • 2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery\raw, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cup pineapple, diced, canned and drained or fresh
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, packed in their own juice and drained
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
