- 4 cup lettuce leaves, washed and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes\raw
- 3/4 Lbs. canned asparagus spears, drained
- 4 piece smoked chicken, sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated

| Cooking Directions: |
Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on plates and top with chicken and asparagus. Chill 30 minutes. Mix dressing and ginger and drizzle over salad. |
