Recipe: Asparagus & Smoked Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup lettuce leaves, washed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes\raw
  • 3/4 Lbs. canned asparagus spears, drained
  • 4 piece smoked chicken, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
Cooking Directions:
Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on plates and top with chicken and asparagus. Chill 30 minutes. Mix dressing and ginger and drizzle over salad.
