- 1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 2 cup bread flour
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 4 tsp. nonfat dry milk
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup water, plus 1 tsp.
- 4 tsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

| Cooking Directions: |
All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room
temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread
machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle. Do
not use programmable timer.
