| Recipe: Deep Fryer Corn Fritters |

| Ingredients: |
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 largeegg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Lbs. corn, thawed if frozen, drained
- 1/2 Lbs. canned creamed corn

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine eggs, butter and milk in a bowl and beat with an electric
mixer on medium speed. Add next 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Beat in remaining ingredients on low speed. Heat oil in an electric deep fryer to
370° F. Gently drop large spoonfuls of batter into fryer.
Do not crowd. Fry, turning occasionally, until golden on all sides.
Drain on absorbent paper.
