Recipe: Salmon Loaf

Cooking Time: 40 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 Lbs. canned salmon, drained and picked over
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup onion\cooked, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery\cooked, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper\cooked, seeded and chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup tartar sauce
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake 40 minutes. Serve salmon loaf with tartar sauce.
