| Recipe: Salmon Loaf |

| Ingredients: |
- 1 Lbs. canned salmon, drained and picked over
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
- 1/3 cup onion\cooked, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery\cooked, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper\cooked, seeded and chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup tartar sauce

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine first 7 ingredients in a
bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Shape
into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake 40
minutes. Serve salmon loaf with tartar sauce.
