The holidays for me have always seemed to amplify the hubbub, noise, and hectic pace that most of us tend to experience all year long. Yet despite this external frenzy, I try (not always successfully) to find time for true pause and reflection on family, friends and the values I hold dearest in my heart.  Throughout the years, my family and I have made it a point to share our holiday and traditions with others. In doing so I have come to recognize that whatever our faith and beliefs we really are more alike than different and cherish many of the same hopes. As I’ve gotten older this seems to resonate with me more and more.... Comments (11) |
