A friend recently emailed me a cartoon that shows a Pepsi employee in his boss’s office, hanging his head in shame as the boss informs him, “You tested positive for Coke.” I found this very funny, not only because of the ongoing Pepsi vs. Coke debate, but also because I ‘test positive’ for Coke on a daily basis.
I’m addicted to the sugary beverage! I don’t drink coffee, so it gives me a daily caffeinated jump-start, plus I enjoy the taste. A cold, icy Coke, sometimes with an added shot of cherry syrup…heaven on earth! Comments (3) |

A Fig Newton here, a Hershey’s Kiss there – it all adds up. Comments (11) |

Of course I’d love to say that I will lose 10 pounds this month, no problem. But for me, it’s not a realistic goal, and many experts say it’s not healthy.
