Have any of you seen the new movie “Cloverfield”. Asides from the fact it had a $40 Million opening weekend, it has been gaining popularity because people are becoming sick (literally) at theaters. This alone sparked my interest to go see it. There have been reports of people vomiting, becoming dizzy and a select few have experienced vertigo. If you don’t know what vertigo exactly is, it is when a person’s balance system becomes confused. Your body senses a visual sensation of movement, but you are actually not moving. I am not a person that becomes nauseated very easy, but this flick definitely made my stomach turn a bit. If you plan on going to see it, you may want to visit your local pharmacy and pick up some Dramamine. This will only happen to you in theaters, so if you don’t want to risk getting sick just wait until it comes out on DVD. Based on the perspective you have around the TV screen, your brain will easily understand the movie is moving and the room isn’t. Be first to comment this article |

Christmas and New Years are still a few weeks away, yet I am already receiving presents. Unwanted holiday pounds! They are certainly not on my holiday wish list, I can not re-gift them and they are definitely the gift that never stops giving. I have been so good this year, but holiday weight gain has struck again! I am actually afraid to step on the scale, but I see and feel myself carrying those presents around! Comments (11) |
