Helene Monat - Chief Executive Officer

Helene has spent three decades providing marketing services for both the consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to MTS she was Executive Vice President of Sales for Health Resource Publishing (HRP), Catalina Marketing's healthcare division. There she grew sales from $5 million to $40 million over a three year period. Helene had previously also served as President and Executive Vice President of Sales for HRP's parent company, Catalina Marketing. From 1987-1996 she augmented the company's topline revenues from $2 million to $200 million. In 1992 Helene was elected to their Board of Directors. In this role, she implemented a sales review process for Catalina Marketing's international operations and served on their Audit Committee.

In the mid-80s Helene was President of Consumer Packaged Goods at Information Resources, Inc. (IRIC). Record sales growth under her stewardship resulted in significant share gains for the company's stock.

Prior to IRI Helene worked with Trim, an early UPC scanner-based research company. After nine years, she orchestrated the sale of the company to Majers in 1985.

Helene began her career at General Mills. She holds a B.S. with honors from Rutgers University and an M.S. from Colorado State University.

 

Peter Burch - Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Peter is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and marketing. Directly prior to QualityHealth, he was Vice President of Business Development at WebLoyalty, a Connecticut-based marketing services company.

Peter began his career at SmithKline Beecham where he quickly rose to Corporate Account Manager in charge of Middle Atlantic and Northeast regional accounts. He subsequently left SmithKline to be one of the initial founders of Catalina Health Resource, the healthcare division for Catalina Marketing. In six years, he led sales growth from inception to over $26 million.

 

Dan Murphy - Chief Financial Officer

Dan joined Marketing Technology Solutions in the fall of 2004. As Chief Financial Officer, his responsibilities include strategic financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, capital development and operations management.

Prior to MTS Dan held several senior executive positions with Thomson Financial, including CFO of its Investment Management Group and most recently CFO of Sale, Marketing and Service, an organization which oversaw $1.6 billion in annual revenues. During his decade-long tenure at Thomson, Dan was responsible for a number of different functional areas. His accomplishments include the integration of several key acquisitions and the dispensation of innumerable non-strategic assets.

Dan began his career at the global financial services firm Ernst and Young, where he served as a Senior Accountant. He holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.

 

Ram Rao - Senior Vice President, Information Services

Ram has spent the last decade executing quantitative and qualitative research programs, also developing sales forecasting tools and sales training packages. He leads MTS endeavors in research and analytic services.

Ram was previously Director of Marketing Research at News America Marketing, which is best known for its line of SmartSource products. There he built data-driven marketing tools that enhanced the value of News America's product portfolio and directly supported $600 million in annual sales. Ram also developed a web-based promotion management tool that integrates various transactional data sources and enables consumer-packaged goods manufacturers to use a more effective mix of media in their promotional programs.

Ram received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Columbia University.

 

Steven Davis - Vice President, Product Management

An industry-respected expert in patient-level data, Steve is in charge of driving future insights offerings around our syndicated patient panel service, healthTrak. He is also responsible for developing new research products for our analytics and consumer insights division.

Throughout his career Steve has spearheaded research product development and client servicing for some of the nation's most recognized market research firms. Well versed in the analysis of pharmaceutical data at both the patient and physician level, he most previously served as Vice President of Product Management at Verispan. During his tenure there, Steve drove their efforts to create innovative products in syndicated research and improved the delivery of quality patient analytics; quadrupling his division's revenue over a two year period.

In addition to stints at Migliara Kaplan, Bernett Research Services and one of Verispan's parent companies, Quintiles, Steve also served as Director of Consulting Services for HealthCare Market Research, a joint venture between Pfizer & CVS. Steve offers knowledge of all facets of the pharmaceutical research business, having conducted primary quantitative and qualitative research among physicians, employers, as well as patients.

Steve holds B.S. degrees in marketing and political science from the University of Tennessee. A New Englander, he hails from the greater Boston area.

 

Dan Brandt - Vice President, Operations

A twenty-year veteran of numerous top-level positions in technology management, architecture and software development, Dan has managed technology infrastructure for MTS's assorted consumer platforms since 2002. He currently oversees IT for both our Quality Health and consumer insights divisions. He also develops strategic business initiatives to streamline operations and maximize site revenue.

Dan has led the development of major websites since 1996. Prior to joining MTS, he founded the web development firm Catalytic Architects LLC. There he built team collaboration and automated testing ASP tools, consulting with such major e-commerce clients as J.Crew, Kaplan and Scholastic.

Dan previously served as Director of Emerging Technology at AXA-Financial. There he spearheaded the launch of AXA's first major consumer financial website EQAccess and established the Internet Center of Excellence for AXA-Financial's global parent company.

Other previous positions include stints as Director of Development at ADP's Brokerage Services division, Vice President of Global Systems at Lehman Brothers and Senior Consultant, Financial Services at Deloitte & Touche.

Dan received his BA in Economics and BS in Engineering from Swarthmore College. He also holds an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School.

 

Paul Cimino - Vice President, Research & Development

Paul comes to Marketing Technology Solutions from the broadband media technology company CAC Media, where he was Chief Operating Officer in charge of business and product development.

In addition, Paul is a well-known new media pioneer who has led companies in digital marketing, e-commerce and interactive television. In 1995, he co-founded and was CEO of Snickelways Interactive, a leading e-commerce solutions provider. There Paul created the first viable extranet and counseled a marquee roster of companies on e-business initiatives, including: American Express, Viacom, Hewlett-Packard, AT&T, Microsoft, Fruit of the Loom, Vitamin Shoppe, iVillage and Chase.

Paul holds an B.A. from New York University.

 

Rob Costanzo - Vice President, Information Technology

Rob has been a member of the technology team at Marketing Technology Solutions since 2003. During this time, he has worked hand in hand with several business owners to create QualityHealth.com's proprietary CPA optimization engine. In addition, Rob has overseen the website's infrastructure as its capacity for monthly visitors has grown from 300,000 to more than 3,000,000.

Prior to joining Marketing Technology Solutions, as a consultant at Fort Point Partners, Rob launched large-scale websites, including e-commerce sites such as Niketown.com and FinishLine.com and the financial services–trading site QuickAndReilly.com.
