Page 1 of 2 For as long as I can remember, I’ve found it nearly impossible to exercise without good music. Sometimes it’s the lyrics that speak to me, and sometimes it’s the melody. But as soon as those headphones go onto my ears, nothing else exists. It’s simply the music and me.
I’ve listed some of my favorite workout songs below. Feel free to take any of these suggestions, but I also encourage you to find additional songs that mean something to you. Trust me…when you find your song, you’ll know. You will be amazed at your newfound ability to run faster, pedal harder or lift more.
