Convenient Fresh Green Beans
Page 2

ImageCanned or frozen green beans were never big favorites of mine, so I would enjoy them in season and pass most other times.  But now, I’m thrilled to enjoy convenient, fresh and delicious green beans all year round.

GreenLine brand green beans are available for sale in the produce section of your local grocery store.  They’re sold in convenient microwaveable bags and are fresh, trimmed and triple washed.  Simply poke the bag with a fork, microwave about 4 minutes and you’ve got fabulous, delicious and tender fresh green beans.  What could be easier?

Green beans are low in calories and fat and high in fiber.  According to the nutrition facts on the GreenLine beans, ¾ cup contains only 20 calories, no fat and 3 grams of fiber.

I especially enjoy them marinated with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh garlic or mixed with a variety of other beans, including wax beans, black beans, lima beans, and kidney beans, thinly  sliced onion and red and green peppers for a great bean salad.

Also, look for other convenient GreenLines veggies, including wax beans and carrots. If you're store doesn't carry them, request them by name and visit www.greenlinebeans.com for more information.

I agree. These beans are not only convenient to prepare but they are crunchy and tender like the ones you find in the best of restaurants. ( In fact I was told once that they supply some of the best restuarants throughout the United States). If you want something that is easy to prepare yet tastes like something you get in an upscale restaurant, Greenline products is where you want to look. Why other vegetable vendors can't capture the taste and freshness that these beans offer in a mystery.

I am thrilled to find there is such a product out there! Being a lazy cook, I look forward to finding this in my grocery store. Since I live in the mid-Atlantic states, I am wondering which store chains might carry this product. Can you give me any help? Thanks.
