TGIF (Thank God It's Friday)   

 You’ve been juggling your family and work                                                 

responsibilities all week long plus serving as a devoted caregiver

to a loved one in need…..which no doubt included lifting kids

 and packages, walkers and wheelchairs in and out of the car,

stooping and bending to assist your loved ones, pushing and pulling

 more weight than  many professional weight lifters….

non-stop with absolutely no thought to your own health or safety.    

 

WHERE DOES IT HURT ???                                                                                                                       

I imagine your immediate response to the simple question                                                      

 "Where Does It Hurt?" would be:  “ EVERYWHERE”.      

 But Denise & Alicia, two dear friends who are fabulous nurses at a long term care

facility, dropped by the Café to suggest you take a TWO-MINUTE SYMPTOM CHECK... ..
